The Story, Briefly#
In a morning, Deanna find herself as a Romulan Tel Shiar commander. It’s a back cover operation which is designed by Ambassador Spock (we barely sure, that’s his plan.) We see a double-sided story of both enemies; Picard’s side and Romulan’s side.
Thoughts#
- Deanna’s role-playing skills were awesome. She quickly captured the way of convincing Romulans and ruled over the ship. While imagining Deanna is a counselor, her leadership skills are strongly developed with Picard.
- I always love how Star Trek series develops story after TNG, in each episode, they develop story double faced. For instance, we both see examples of spying on both Enterprise and bird of prey, and we both see two captains’ response on suspicious moments, then it allows us to compare. So the beauty here is comprehending two cultures side by side. (And this is why I always recommend starting from TNG to new Trekkie-candidates.)
